Since I was a child I’ve heard the guidance of my Higher Self. I just didn’t know what it was.

In my early 30’s the Universe called me out. I heard it first as a whisper, “You’re meant to do more…You’re a Healer.” I didn’t know what this meant, so I blew it off. The voice got louder and more persistent. One day I heard it so loudly I couldn’t ignore it. I threw my hands in the air, looked up and yelled out, “I don’t know what you’re asking of me. If I’m meant to do this thing I need some guidance, mentors, classes.” I guess that was my opt-in, because it ALL showed up!

That’s when my life became a magical unfolding of discovery, adventure & awakening. Over the 20+ years since then, I’ve developed a trusting relationship with my Higher Self, discovered my of gifts of empathy, intuition, alchemy & visioneering.

I’ve been a student, teacher & practitioner of Quantum Healing and hold certifications in a variety of modalities. My journeys through workaholic burnout, a Dark Night of the Soul and physical health issues have been my teachers too.

I’ve traveled the world on Divine directive and for the sake of adventure. My footprints old and new lay in the temples & pyramids of Egypt, Petra, sacred sites in Australia, England, Ireland, Mexico, Europe & the USA.

My journey is still unfolding magic, adventure & awakening. At this point here is the wisdom I have to share…
